Conducting Final Evaluation of the Project Entitled:

“Strengthening civil society organizations towards poverty alleviation in Gaza Strip”

IRPAL seeks to select an experienced evaluator (individual consultant) to conduct Evaluation, within the following conditions:

Work Location:  CSOs in Gaza Strip.

Duration: During November, 2016

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:

• This call for consultancy is only open for individual consultants.

• At least a Master Degree

• At least 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative, and participatory); planning, design and implementation of M&E systems; and report writing.
• Strong experience in community development programs/ projects, including experience with different donors.
• Competent in English language (the final report of the assignment shall be written in English).
