We will also make an active effort to engage minority communities equitably. To achieve this IRPAL will be mobilizing resources, building partnerships, and developing local capacity to enable communities to mitigate the effect of disasters\/ conflict and promote integrated development and environmental custodianship.<\/p>\n<p>We understand the need to continue to strengthen the inclusivity and sensitivity of the humanitarian programming in some of the most fragile regions of the world.
