IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced Local consultant within the following conditions:<\/p>\n

Position<\/u><\/strong>: Local expert or consultant in strategic plan, operational & systems manuals.<\/p>\n

Work Location<\/u><\/strong>: Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n

Duration<\/u><\/strong>: 5 months<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0 Initial or higher degree in Business Administration or any other related field.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0 At least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant topics (Strategic plans, Operational Manuals).<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0 Experience in Coaching, needs assessment and coaching outcomes evaluation.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0 Certification of the consultant by a certification institution is preferable.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0 A high level of proficiency\/fluency in spoken and written English.<\/p>\n

\u00d8\u00a0 Have good organizational, report writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
