Islamic Relief announces the following vacancy for its office in <strong>Gaza<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Title: <\/strong><strong>Hygiene Promoters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref:<\/strong> HP-CWP-09-2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0 Gaza Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 3 months &#8211; part time<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Islamic Relief will implement project of \u201cImproving public health and hygiene practices for female-headed households and Affected Kindergartens in Gaza Strip\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The project will improve the access to drinkable water and enhance hygiene behaviors inside targeted 100 female-headed households and 25 kindergartens at northern area in Gaza Strip by providing them with drinking water desalination units. In addition, the women at households and children at kindergartens will receive public environmental awareness on water, health, and hygiene.<\/p>\n<p>The awareness activities will\u00a0 be\u00a0 based\u00a0 on\u00a0 findings\u00a0 of\u00a0 a\u00a0 baseline\u00a0 KAP\u00a0 survey\u00a0 (investigating\u00a0 prevailing\u00a0 knowledge,\u00a0 attitude\u00a0 and practices),\u00a0 which\u00a0 will\u00a0 help\u00a0 to\u00a0 prioritize\u00a0 main\u00a0 hygiene\u00a0 messages\u00a0 to\u00a0 be\u00a0 disseminated\u00a0 during\u00a0 the\u00a0 sessions,\u00a0 such\u00a0 as personal hygiene, water hygiene, hand washing, environmental hygiene, diarrhoea prevention and waste handling.
