Since 1998, and for the first time, Jamil Foreh\u2019s family lives this winter in a safe home. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

After deep patience, and waiting for 14 years, the Islamic Relief made my dream true, and achieved my family hopes in having a safe, well arranged, and clean house to live in.<\/p>\n

That is What One of the beneficiaries of the healthy home and living environment project Mr. Jamil Foreh told us.<\/p>\n

It should be mentioned that Mr. Jamil is one of Alzaitoon area inhabitants, it\u2019s a small, and crowded area in Gaza east.<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks God\u201d said Mr. Jamil<\/p>\n

This is the first winter we live as a friends with the rains, it\u2019s the first time that the rains didn\u2019t drown my house. before the Islamic Relief kind donation, and help in maintaining my house, we were live in a constant night mare, in a constant sinking, winter was our greatest enemy.<\/p>\n

Our house was old, and rickety, we didn\u2019t have a roof even a floor, the walls were filled with cracks.<\/p>\n

We are living in a poor condition, with great difficulty I can provide my family with food, medicine, and clothes, so I couldn\u2019t do any repairs, or maintenance at my house even if it was the simplest. \u201che added\u201d<\/p>\n

When the Islamic Relief team told me that they well rehabilitate, and maintained my house, I was too happy, but not this happiness, I thought that they will just install a roof to protect my family from the severe storms, and rains, but the surprise was shocking, not only just that, but they made my kitchen new, and installed tiles, windows beside the roof, added to that they provided me with all the electrical appliances, and furniture that I was in need for.<\/p>\n

Mr. Jamil family was selected to be one of the families who had a psychosocial intervention through the Islamic Relief activities related to this field which aimed to alleviate the suffering , and the pain of those vulnerable ones during the hard times that they live, in all the fields of life<\/p>\n

Jamil added \u201cthe Islamic Relief invited us to attend the fun day , the outdoor day that they prepared for us , thanks God that I saw this happiness on my kid\u2019s faces , they didn\u2019t imagine that they will have this entertainment , and fun one day .<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks God\u201d that my kids no longer are scared at night of cockroaches, and rates, now I can say that we have a real safe place to live in.<\/p>\n

This family as other families in Gaza strip suffering from electricity deficiency for more than eight hours per a day.<\/p>\n

In the past we were using candles for lighting our house, it\u2019s too dangerous, me, and my wife were aware of that well, and we were live in a constant concerned. fearing of a sudden fire, and worrying about our children, but for sorry we didn\u2019t have any alternative way.<\/p>\n

With a great pleasure he twittered \u201cthe Islamic Relief kindly provided me with a safe lighting system, they installed a battery with LEDS, my children can study, and write their home works safely\u201d<\/p>\n

There is no comparison can be mentioned between our previous, and current life condition Nisreen the wife said\u201d the educational attainment for my kids has been improved, and risen. they obtained high marks, this is because of your kind help in providing them with a safe environment to live in, they feel comfort, and happy, I can see the smile on their faces every time\u201d<\/p>\n

Nisreen said with a long breath \u201cfinally my kids live without disease, in the past many types of disease were attacking them, specially, flue, cold, dermatologist and Bronchial asthma.<\/p>\n

Abeer ,the lady of 14, and with the most beautiful smile said:\u201d in the past I was feel shy to invite any of my friends to our house, even to receive them, but now I\u2019m too proud to do this, so thank you very much.<\/p>\n

Jamil family is one of the social safety net project beneficiaries, that the Islamic Relief tried her best through it to help the most vulnerable families in Gaza city, to live a kind life, by providing them of their essential needs from food, medicine, clothes, appliances, furniture, and educational help of school uniforms, stationary, and educational centers to help the students in need.<\/p>\n

Jamil added \u201cI have a twins that in need for milk, diapers, and many things, the Islamic relief kindly help me, now I can provide my family with the essential needs without borrowing, or owing from shops, and people.<\/p>\n

Jamil is struggling to have a suitable job opportunity, he told us that he has a great expectation of the Islamic Relief to help him by a small project to work in, provide his family with their needs, and keeps his dignity.<\/p>\n

Finally, he sent his prayer, and ask God the Jenna for all the people that help his family, and other similar ones.<\/p>\n
