Islamic Relief announces the following vacancy for its office in <strong>Gaza Strip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Title:<\/strong> Procurement assistant<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref.:\u00a0 <\/strong>PA -A &#8211; 06 -2017<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Gaza office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Nine months, renewable, full time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline of applications:<\/strong> Wednesday, 05 April 2017<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist procurement coordinator in all Procurement department tasks in professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Analyzes and evaluates requisition forms to ensure purchases meet requirements of the IRPAL.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with vendors to interpret, clarify, inform and resolve procurement issues.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports for the purchasing process.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare contractor and ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
