{"id":12243,"date":"2017-09-05T08:17:42","date_gmt":"2017-09-05T06:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/?p=12243"},"modified":"2017-09-05T08:17:42","modified_gmt":"2017-09-05T06:17:42","slug":"quotation-no-55-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/2017\/09\/05\/quotation-no-55-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotation No. 55.2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Quotation No. 55.2017<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cFacilitation for developing business and resource mobilization plans <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For Centers of Competence and One Stop Shop in Gaza Strip\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant, individual consultants from Gaza within the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This task should be implemented during <strong>September- December 2017<\/strong> with maximum <strong>40 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This call for consultancy is open for individual consultants, consultant should reflect a combination of related qualifications and professional experience in career guidance, counseling, job analysis, CVs assessment, professional interviews and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA in business administration, livelihood, business development, related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 proven years of experience in the development area<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 proven years of experience in business planning<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 proven years of experience in resource mobilization<\/li>\n<li>Experience in training, coaching and facilitating interactive events<\/li>\n<li>Competent in English language (the final report shall be written in English)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested consultants are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) available <a href=\"https:\/\/we.tl\/OjDIGkC9a3\">https:\/\/we.tl\/OjDIGkC9a3<\/a> that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
