Distribution targeted the most poor families and low-income earners in all areas of the Palestinian Territories \/ Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution was done in cooperation with local Community Based organizations (CBOs) which reached families directly where they live.<\/p>\n<p>The process for selecting the benefiting families has taken into consideration such criteria as poverty levels and the number of family members.
