{"id":12296,"date":"2017-11-23T09:17:27","date_gmt":"2017-11-23T07:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/?p=12296"},"modified":"2017-11-23T09:17:27","modified_gmt":"2017-11-23T07:17:27","slug":"quotation-no-79-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/2017\/11\/23\/quotation-no-79-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotation No. 79.2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Quotation No. 79.2017<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Consultancy<\/strong><strong> Service to Conduct Final Evaluation of the Project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cRecovering Wellbeing of Gaza Children\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant, within the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong> During December 2017 and January 2018<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This call for consultancy is ONLY opened for <strong>Individual Consultants.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>An advanced degree preferable in psychology or any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative, and participatory); planning, design and implementation of M&amp;E systems; and report writing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in evaluating psychosocial and protection interventions including experience with different donors.<\/li>\n<li>Competent in English language (The final report of the assignment shall be written in English).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested consultants are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) available http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/79.2017.pdf that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
