{"id":12409,"date":"2018-04-01T14:35:15","date_gmt":"2018-04-01T12:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/?p=12409"},"modified":"2018-04-05T06:56:29","modified_gmt":"2018-04-05T04:56:29","slug":"quotation-no-13-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/2018\/04\/01\/quotation-no-13-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotation No. 13.2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Quotation No. 13.2018 \u2013 Modified <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Training in ICT Occupations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Graphic Design, Mobile Applications and Web Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced <strong>Training Centers\/ ICT<\/strong> <strong>consultancy firms ONLY,<\/strong> within the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong> During April and June 2018<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in conducting training needs assessment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering technical training in ICT field.<\/li>\n<li>Have a qualified team(trainers) specialized in Mobile, Web applications and Graphic design<\/li>\n<li>Have proper facilities (place and equipment) to conduct ICT trainings<\/li>\n<li>Have a license as a training center or consultancy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested consultants are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) available <u>http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/13.2018.pdf <\/u>that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
