{"id":12436,"date":"2018-04-22T14:06:38","date_gmt":"2018-04-22T12:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/?p=12436"},"modified":"2018-04-22T14:06:38","modified_gmt":"2018-04-22T12:06:38","slug":"quotation-no-16-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/2018\/04\/22\/quotation-no-16-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotation No. 16.2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Quotation No. 16.2018 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cFacilitation for implementing business and resource mobilization plans <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For Centers of Competence and One Stop Shop in Gaza Strip\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced <strong>consultancy firms,<\/strong> within the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>May- December 2018<\/strong> with maximum <strong>40 working days<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in the development area<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in organizing\/facilitating successful resource mobilization activities\/events<\/li>\n<li>Proven team experience in training, coaching<\/li>\n<li>Strong public and networking relationships with private sector, CBOs, financing institutions<\/li>\n<li>Competent in English language (the final report shall be written in English).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested consultants are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/16.2018.pdf\">http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/16.2018.pdf<\/a> that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
