Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals, each in a separate sealed envelope.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 During \u0640July 2018<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Consultancy firms should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in delivering technical training in Solar Energy<\/li>\n<li>Have a qualified team(trainers) specialized in Solar Energy Systems<\/li>\n<li>Have proper facilities (equipment and tools) may be used in conducting technical training<\/li>\n<li>Have a license and zero VAT invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested Consultancy firms are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/18.2018.pdf\">irpal.ps\/tor\/18.2018.pdf<\/a> that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested Consultancy firms are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
