{"id":12527,"date":"2018-06-06T13:22:21","date_gmt":"2018-06-06T11:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/?p=12527"},"modified":"2018-06-06T13:22:21","modified_gmt":"2018-06-06T11:22:21","slug":"quotation-no-24-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/2018\/06\/06\/quotation-no-24-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotation No. 24.2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Quotation No. 24.2018 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cFacilitation for implementing business and resource mobilization plans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>for Centers of Competence and One Stop Shop in Gaza Strip\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced <strong>consultancy firms,<\/strong> within the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>July \u2013December 2018, Within maximum 50 working days<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Skills Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultant <\/strong><strong>firms<\/strong><strong> should have the following qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General experience in management and consultancy services<\/li>\n<li>Company specific experience in similar assignments<\/li>\n<li>Specific experience of key team consultants in resources mobilization<\/li>\n<li>Proven team experience in coaching<\/li>\n<li>Strong public and networking relationships with private sector, CBOs, financing institutions<\/li>\n<li>Competent in English language (the final report shall be written in English).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested consultants are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) available <u>http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/24.2018.pdf<\/u> that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
