{"id":12573,"date":"2018-07-31T13:13:27","date_gmt":"2018-07-31T11:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/?p=12573"},"modified":"2018-07-31T13:13:27","modified_gmt":"2018-07-31T11:13:27","slug":"quotation-no-38-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irpal.ps\/en\/2018\/07\/31\/quotation-no-38-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Quotation No. 38.2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Quotation No. 38.2018 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cFacilitation for implementing advocacy plans <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>for Centers of Competence and One Stop Shop in the Gaza Strip\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced <strong>consultancy firms,<\/strong> within the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duration:<\/u><\/strong> <strong>August 2018 \u2013 March 2019, Within maximum 50 working days<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and experience requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultancy firm will be assessed based on the following: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team qualification: At least B.Sc. in human rights, Law, economics, or another related field.<\/li>\n<li>Team structure, composition, and specific experience in thematic areas of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Laws and regulations related to public sector.<\/li>\n<li>Polices &amp; procedure related to financial issues.<\/li>\n<li>Human right based approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track record of successful achievement of advocacy initiatives and issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Application Procedure:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested firms are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/38.2018.pdf\">http:\/\/www.irpal.ps\/tor\/38.2018.pdf<\/a> that include a detailed description of the Task.<\/li>\n<li>Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical proposal and financial offers, each in a separate sealed envelope to IRPAL-Gaza office.
