Strategic plan, Operational & System manuals for Local CSOs
“Strengthening civil society organizations towards poverty alleviation in Gaza Strip”
IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced Local consultant within the following conditions:
Position: Local expert or consultant in strategic plan, operational & systems manuals.
Work Location: Gaza Strip.
Duration: 5 months
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:
Ø Initial or higher degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Ø At least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant topics (Strategic plans, Operational Manuals).
Ø Experience in Coaching, needs assessment and coaching outcomes evaluation.
Ø Certification of the consultant by a certification institution is preferable.
Ø A high level of proficiency/fluency in spoken and written English.
Ø Have good organizational, report writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
