Conducting Final Evaluation of the Project Entitled:
“Enhancing Education Quality Through Science and Technology Innovation Clubs”
IRPAL is seeking an experienced Evaluation Consulting Firm within the following conditions:
Work Location: Gaza Strip.
Duration: During March &April, 2017.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
The consultancy firm should have the following qualifications and experience:
- This call for consultancy is opened for Evaluation Consulting Firm
- At least 7 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative, and participatory); planning, design and implementation of M&E systems; and report writing.
- Strong experience in evaluating education projects/ programs, including experience with different donors.
- Competent in English language (the final report of the assignment shall be written in English).

- Any Proposal received after the due date will be rejected.
- Following submission, IRAL may engage in further discussion with applicants concerning quotations in order to ensure mutual understanding and an optimal agreement.
