“Advocacy towards sustainable TVET Centers of Competence CoCs in the Gaza Strip”
Project Name: Enhancing Youth Employability in the Gaza Strip
IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant, individual consultants or consulting firms from Gaza and West Bank within the following conditions:
Duration: During July 2017 to march 2018 with maximum 50 working days.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
The consultant/ consultancy firm should have the following Competencies and experience:
- This call for consultancy is opened for individual consultants and consulting firms from Gaza and the West Bank
- At least 5 years’ experience in development area.
- At least 7 years’ experience in advocacy and community mobilization.
- Experience in drafting analytical reports, legal frameworks, community mobilization.
- Proven experience in communicating different levels of audiences.
- Ability to share knowledge and building the capacity for IRPAL team.
- Competent in English language (the final report shall be written in English).
