Islamic Relief is a humanitarian and development organization, guided by Islamic values, working in Palestine since 1998, to improve the well-being of vulnerable people, deliver life-saving emergency aid, enhance education environment, reduce the humanitarian impact of conflict, empower communities to reduce poverty and protect communities from disasters, regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or belief.
To meet challenges and changes in work environment, we focus on the capacity of our staff, strengthening them to be ready to act in professional manner, enhancing their skills and knowledge in different aspects, including the international standards, policies and regulations such as code of conduct, child protection, Sphere, INEE, gender justice, and the International humanitarian law.
Our operations, monitored by the head office, follow strict policies and guidelines of transparency, impartiality, and accountability. We hold ourselves accountable to donors, beneficiaries and stockholders.

- Enable communities to mitigate the effect of disasters, prepare for their occurrence and respond by providing relief, protection and recovery.
- Promote integrated development and environmental custodianship with a focus on sustainable livelihoods.
- Support the marginalized and vulnerable to voice their needs and address root causes of poverty.
